About the Role
Royal Free London Property Services Ltd is seeking an experienced and skilled Chair to lead its Board. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure the company's continued success.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to the RFLPSL Board, ensuring effective decision-making and strategic direction.
- Take responsibility for the RFLPSL Board's development, including identifying and addressing key issues and opportunities.
- Ensure proper information is provided to the RFLPSL Board by the Managing Director (MD).
- Plan and conduct board meetings effectively, alongside the MD.
- Engage all directors in the RFLPSL Board's work and achievement of its objectives.
- Ensure the RFLPSL Board focuses on its key tasks and priorities.
- Oversee the induction and development of directors.
- Support the MD in the execution of their leadership role.

Requirements
- Professional qualification or relevant experience in property, estates, and facilities management.
- Degree or equivalent.
- Experience of leadership in a medium or large complex organization.
- Experience in chairing boards or committees.
