Marketing Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Account Manager to join our team at Moxie and Mettle Limited. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, implementing marketing and communications campaigns, and delivering marketing and communications projects.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a busy agency in Gloucestershire, managing a portfolio of B2B clients across various industries, including tech, construction, logistics, and retail. You will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing and communications campaigns, managing client relationships, and working closely with our account directors to deliver successful projects.
Key Responsibilities- Implementing marketing and communications campaigns with support from the account directors
- Producing written content for clients, including social media posts, social media adverts, blogs, news articles, landing pages, and advert copy or video scripts
- Using a range of software and platforms to deliver campaigns, including social media scheduling tools, email marketing software, Canva, and Google Analytics
- Creating detailed briefs for in-house designers and web developers
- Contributing to the strategic planning of integrated multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns
- Developing and updating client marketing plans
- Reporting on activity, KPIs, and online statistics
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A marketing communications agency or in-house marketing background
- Superb writing skills and the ability to generate ideas and campaigns for clients
- Ideal experience of working with marketing, creative, and comms teams
- On and offline experience essential
- Previous B2B client experience, with a focus on technology and construction/logistics
