About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated estate agent to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a market leading estate agent, we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering first-class customer service and driving sales success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct residential market appraisals and provide honest, reliable, and professional advice to potential vendors.
  • Manage in-office procedures and policies, including reporting and management of sales KPIs, targets, conversions, and exchanges.
  • Organize photographer/videographer attendance at properties and create marketing materials for release to the market.
  • Meet individual and branch sales targets, and produce post-MA reports.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a well-presented, articulate, and ambitious estate agent with a desire to be the best in the business. You must have experience of conducting residential market appraisals and a proven track record of delivering sales success.
