About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent Senior Negotiator and Valuer to join our team at Magnus James, a specialist recruiter for the property industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for bringing new business into the office and maximizing growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct accurate and comprehensive property valuations for residential properties
  • Follow up all market appraisals and generate new opportunities for further instructions
  • Stay up to date with market trends, economic factors, and property values in the local area
  • Create a culture of cross-selling through other branches
  • Follow the company client on board and through the listing process
  • Negotiate offers and support other staff with clients when needed
  • Support the senior management team
  • Ensure all relevant legal and regulatory requirements are met in the valuation process
  • Deal with any client issues
  • Upsell additional services
Requirements
  • Must have estate agency experience ideally as a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer / Lister looking to accelerate your career
  • Needs to be a business winner and driven by success, with the ability to hit KPIs
  • Able to spot and create opportunities for new business
  • Must be organized and able to manage a busy varied workload
  • Must have excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Be enthusiastic and highly motivated
  • Will have a proactive can-do approach
  • Well-presented and professional
  • Ability to work independently and but also support junior members of the team when needed
  • Exceptional attention to detail
