About the Role

Moxie and Mettle Limited is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, implementing marketing and communications campaigns, and delivering marketing and communications projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing marketing and communications campaigns with support from the account directors
  • Producing written content for clients - social media posts, social media adverts, blogs, news articles, landing pages, advert copy or video scripts
  • Using a range of software and platforms to deliver campaigns - social media scheduling tools, email marketing software, Canva, Google Analytics
  • Creating detailed briefs for in-house designers and web developers
  • Contributing to the strategic planning of integrated multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns
  • Developing and updating client marketing plans
  • Reporting on activity, KPIs and online statistics
Requirements
  • A marketing communications agency or in-house marketing background
  • Superb writing skills and ability to generate ideas and campaigns for clients
  • Ideally marketing qualified and experience of working with marketing, creative and comms teams
  • On and offline experience essential
  • Previous B2B client experience, this role will focus on technology and construction/logistics - experience in this area would be great
