Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, focused, and experienced Clinical Manager (RMN/RNLD) to join our team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for providing direction and contemporary initiatives to drive and embed effective clinical practice and leadership for care delivery.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' managerial experience, significant experience of leading teams and/or senior practice-based work, and experience of interpreting and analysing complex information and managing complex circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direction and contemporary initiatives to drive and embed effective clinical practice and leadership for care delivery
  • Ensure delivery of an optimum level of clinical and therapeutic care together with ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, quality standards, and delivering against key performance indicators
