We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Engineering Specialist to join our dynamic team at Travis Talent Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production processes that drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Provide expert advice on production processes and equipment, ensuring alignment with quality standards and product functionality.
  • Manage capital expenditure projects, ensuring successful implementation and sustained impact.
  • Promote Lean Six Sigma principles within engineering activities.

About You

You are an experienced engineer with a strong technical background and a passion for driving innovation and change. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects makes you a natural fit for this role.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • HND or higher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a similar manufacturing or production engineering environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.
  • Full UK driving license.

Estimated Salary: £47,500 per annum.
