Job Title: Network Support Manager

The Network Support Manager plays a crucial role in the management, analysis, and reporting of Retailer network financial data provided to BMW and MINI UK as part of the monthly International Finance Corporation (IFC) submission. This role supports the development and maintenance of a long-range planning framework, which delivers a profitable Retailer network for BMW and MINI Car Sales and Aftersales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the monthly IFC reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of Retailer trading performance data.
  • Collaborate with the IFC provider (ASE/Edentity) on service level, IFC change requirements, data verification, and analysis review.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for initiatives and planning with BMW AG concerning IFC local solutions and IFC Worldwide reporting and initiatives.
  • Promote best practice sharing and host off-site events for the Retailer Accountant community.
  • Develop and manage financial information within the UK Retailer KPI Dashboards.
  • Review and update reporting to ensure only relevant data is published, e.g., additions of latest models, split of MINI IFC, split of corporate department reporting, etc.
  • Identify and report trends and anomalies within Retailer financial data at both micro (individual dealer) and macro (group/region/network) levels, providing insight into national trends to the Management and Retailer Committees.
Requirements:
  • Graduate level with a professional accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA).
  • Proven and relevant accountancy and/or financial experience and acumen.
  • Expert level of knowledge of data management, reporting, and ability to communicate confidently at all levels within the National Sales Company, as well as influence key Retailer stakeholders.
  • An understanding of the BMW and MINI retail environment is desirable.
