Job Title: Network Planning Manager

As a Network Planning Manager at the BMW Group, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our retail network. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the retail market, including trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, suppliers, and other business partners.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail or business development role, with a strong understanding of the retail market and customer behavior.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
