Complex Device Inspector

The role of Complex Device Inspector involves providing a comprehensive medical equipment acceptance, repair and planned preventive maintenance service for Anaesthetic machines, Ventilators, Transport Ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP devices, Insufflators, and other complex medical devices. This is a challenging role that requires excellent technical skills and the ability to work independently in a busy environment. As part of our team, you will be responsible for performing specialist technical services such as acceptance testing, maintenance, calibration and repairs. You will also participate in on-call rota, providing support during weekends and bank holidays. In addition, you will provide expert advice and guidance on medical devices to clinical users and speciality leads. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational background in an engineering-related discipline, with extensive training in medical device servicing and repair. A valid full UK manual driving license is also desirable.
