We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at Charlecote Park in Warwick. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable experience.

About the Role

As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, dealing directly with customers and providing a high level of service. You will be responsible for welcoming and looking after our visitors, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our visitors have a memorable experience
  • Work as part of a team to deliver a high level of service and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle customer transactions
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation, and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including weekends and Bank Holidays

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.50, a fixed-term contract until 26th September 2025, and the opportunity to work in a beautiful and historic location. We also offer a range of benefits, including free entry to National Trust places, a rental deposit loan scheme, and a season ticket loan.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will need to be able to work as part of a team, be flexible, and have a positive attitude. You will also need to be able to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, and be willing to learn and develop your skills.
