Health and Social Care Lecturer Job Opportunity

Scholars School System, a leading national independent higher education provider, is seeking a highly skilled Health and Social Care Lecturer to join our team.

We are committed to delivering world-class education and are looking for an individual with a strong passion for teaching and learning to support the provision of our Health and Social Care curriculum at undergraduate and postgraduate level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage student academic journeys, including maintaining accurate records and supporting student progression.
  • Contribute to module and course leadership to maintain quality and achieve academic excellence.
  • Participate in the assessment process, including marking and moderation of work in accordance with quality assurance procedures.
  • Design and develop innovative, inclusive, and inspiring resources, including e-learning materials.
  • Act as a personal academic tutor to support individual learner progress.
Requirements:
  • Masters' degree in Health & Social Care or a related field.
  • UK teaching experience (minimum 12 months).
  • Enthusiasm for delivering a high-quality education experience.
  • Proficiency in using different technologies to deliver teaching and learning.
  • Excellent organisational, project, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities within an academic setting.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of up to £50,000 per year (depending on qualifications and experience).
  • 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Up to £5k annual incentives pro-rata given quarterly on meeting KPIs upon successful probation period.
