About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver education programs for healthcare professionals on diabetes care and management.
  • Collaborate with clinical and research experts to design and implement new training initiatives.
  • Review and evaluate existing education programs to ensure they meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Provide clinical knowledge and expertise to support the development of education programs.
  • Work with the education team to enhance skills of healthcare professionals caring for people living with diabetes.

Person Specification

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in clinical education and diabetes care. The ideal candidate will have:

A degree or equivalent in a relevant field.Recognized professional registration or substantial experience in a relevant area.At least 3 years' experience working within the field of chronic disease including diabetes.Experience of working within the field of research and audit.Experience of teaching staff, students, and patients.
