Job Title: Clinical Nurse Educator Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Educator Specialist to join our team at a leading pharmaceutical company. As a Clinical Nurse Educator Specialist, you will play a crucial role in improving patient care in Parkinson's disease by supporting healthcare professionals to confidently assess patients and enable the appropriate use of company products and devices within license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve patient care in Parkinson's disease by supporting healthcare professionals to confidently assess patients and enable the appropriate use of company products and devices within license.
  • Support healthcare professionals to increase their knowledge, clinical understanding, and advocacy of company products in Parkinson's disease and approved indications.
  • Contribute to the development of customer-facing resources and meeting content.
  • Build strong relationships and advocacy with healthcare professionals nationally and within key accounts.
  • Work with the cross-functional team to prioritize target accounts, given the national scope of the role.
  • Provide insight and share best practices to inform national and territory account plans.
  • Monitor and review specific actions as identified within national and territory account plans.
  • Share experiences, expertise, ideas, and techniques to assist with the training of colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a clinical environment within neurology or dermatology.
  • Experience working within diverse cross-functional teams and evidence of influencing and building relationships.
  • Experience confidently presenting at national, regional, or local clinical meetings.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Practical knowledge and understanding of the NHS, including policies, protocols, and the political environment affecting healthcare professionals.
  • Knowledge within neurology and/or dermatology, including product, therapeutic, competitive, and scientific knowledge.
  • Proficient in the use of business tools and IT, including virtual engagement platforms.
  • High level of planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
