Job Overview

This Rehabilitation Services Manager position requires an experienced professional to lead our multidisciplinary team at The Farndon Unit. With a focus on low secure care, acute, and rehab services, you will oversee personalized assessment and recovery-based treatment pathways for women with complex mental health needs.

Key responsibilities include ensuring all non-medical therapeutic approaches are underpinned by conceptual models, empirical evidence bases, and measured effectiveness. Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience in ABI networks and post-doctoral level knowledge of research methodology and design.

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, as well as:
