Senior Merchandising Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Merchandising Manager to lead our merchandising team and drive business growth. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for enhancing our product range, ensuring our platform remains the go-to destination for luxury convenience retail.

You will be someone who is passionate about understanding customer needs, trends, and the retail environment with a commercial mindset. You will have an impeccable attention to detail, creative vision, be data-driven, and have exceptional communication skills. Ultimately, you will have a direct impact on increasing sales and profitability of the business to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain engaging product content on the Zapp app and website.
  • Work closely with the Category and Marketing teams to plan and develop merchandising strategies, such as iconic collections.
  • Develop features on the online platform and app in close collaboration with the product and technology teams.
  • Analyse sales data, customer behaviours, reactions, insights, and market trends to anticipate customer needs.
  • Define, set up, analyse, and report on the performance of the catalogue.
  • Devise long-term development strategies for product categories.
  • Liaise with the marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of product categories.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in e-commerce or digital merchandising.
  • A passion for customer experience, with a proven ability to translate customer needs into business strategy.
