- Build strong relationships with retailers, Field Team, and TED Experience to ensure seamless sales execution.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide expert support to Field Sales Executives, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- 2+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
- 1+ year of sales management experience, with a focus on team leadership and development.
- Valid driver's license and access to a car.
- Full-time commitment to a 5-day workweek (8 hours per day).
- A comprehensive and achievable bonus structure.
- Five-days paid training focusing on company, product, systems, and the role.
- Pension scheme.
