Salary and BenefitsAs a Kitchen Team Leader, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also receive a pension contribution and a range of benefits, including:

We're looking for an experienced Kitchen Team Leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality meals to our customers. As a Kitchen Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading the kitchen team and ensuring that every dish meets our high standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting food that meets specs and customer expectations
- Maintaining hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Communicating clearly with your team to provide high-quality meals on time
- Keeping up-to-date with new products, menus, and promotions
To be successful as a Kitchen Team Leader at Greene King, you'll need:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- The ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
- A willingness to get stuck in, learn new skills, and help out in different areas of the kitchen when needed
