Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our team at United Living Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to make a genuine difference in the lives of our residents.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. As a key point of contact, you will ensure that residents are aware of works processes and provide timely updates and changes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a UK driving licence and own their car, allowing them to visit sites and engage with residents effectively. They will also be a naturally excellent communicator, able to manage sometimes difficult situations and work resiliently under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • To act as a visible point of contact for customers, engaging through newsletters, meetings, visits and open days.
  • To coordinate handover of keys to site teams and provide high standard customer aftercare.
  • To ensure residents are aware of works processes and communicate updates/changes accordingly.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Experience working in a Contractor or client-side resident liaison/community engagement role.
  • A natural ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
