We are currently recruiting for an experienced Process Quality Engineer to join our client's team at their state-of-the-art facility based in Tewkesbury. Our client is a renowned designer and manufacturer of complex mechanical products, prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Location: Tewkesbury

Contract type: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract

We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, to attract talented individuals who can contribute to our team's success. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective quality control procedures to prevent defects and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and design, to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Analyse data and performance metrics to drive process improvements and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track quality performance and progress towards goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry.
  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
