About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in daily tasks, providing emotional support, and promoting independence among service users. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility
  • Assisting with medication management and administration
  • Encouraging social interaction and community involvement
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

Working Environment:

This role is based in a rural location, requiring reliable transportation. The working hours will include a mix of day shifts (7am-14:30) and night shifts (14:30-22:00), as well as occasional sleep-ins. You will be part of a supportive team that values dedication and hard work.
