We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our Buying & Merchandising Team at END. as part of an exciting opportunity to collaborate on luxury fashion projects.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Collaborations Team to create high-quality graphics and presentation documents that embody the voice of END. through rich design and captivating storytelling.

The ideal candidate will be a trendsetter with a passion for creativity, able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and work efficiently under tight deadlines. A well-rounded designer with a strong interest in all areas of fashion and lifestyle, including sneakers, is required.

In this role, you will develop collaborative products with brand partners from concept to final production, produce line art to communicate design concepts, present design/concept boards to communicate design and ideas, and create original artwork that enhances design concepts and tells stories to the consumer.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing collaborative products with brand partners from concept to final production;
  • Producing line art to communicate design concepts, including multiple views and details as necessary in both 2D and 3D where necessary;
  • Presenting design/concept boards to communicate design and ideas around projects;
  • Creating original artwork that enhances design concepts and tells stories to the consumer;
  • Working with the business and brand partners to understand market needs and design to product briefs;
  • Being aware of key deadlines and launch dates to ensure key milestones are achieved;
  • Working on multiple projects at various stages in the process, ensuring the smooth movement of workflow through the product design process;
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and consumer needs;
  • Creating and maintaining all art files;
  • Selecting colour, materials, and components used in product designs and understanding the impact of choices on costing and overall design aesthetic;
  • Creating tech packs and other materials to hand-off to brand partners for sample manufacturing;
  • Attending and contributing to sample review sessions;
  • Meeting calendar deadlines and deliverables;
  • Creating engaging presentations in Keynote that are used to sell brand partners on our ideas.

To succeed in this role, you will need advanced level skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Keynote. You will also require good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures, and systems used in carrying out assigned tasks, as well as the ability to operate within defined roles with some autonomy.
