Transforming Knowledge into Impact

The World Bank Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Knowledge Management Officer to join its Prosperity Operations Support Unit (EFIOS). This key role will play a critical part in enhancing the quality and impact of Prosperity's activities by overseeing the development of knowledge products, facilitating knowledge flows, and leading knowledge management and learning (KML) programs and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. KML Strategy and Partnerships: Collaborate with the management team of Prosperity Departments and EFIGS to design and implement the Prosperity KML strategy, aligning it with business priorities, client demand, and staff needs.
  2. Knowledge Generation and Engagement: Lead and contribute to the development and implementation of fit-for-purpose knowledge products to better serve clients in Prosperity Departments.
  3. Client and Staff Learning: Support the institutional rethinking of client capacity building, facilitating the development and delivery of World Bank Academy programs for clients and other major client-facing learning programs.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a directly related discipline, a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, and a track record of developing and implementing impactful knowledge and learning programs and products.
