Senior Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join our team at Kirkland Associates. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and wallet share.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads through various marketing channels.
Track, analyse, and optimise lead generation efforts to improve conversion rates and ROI across our marketing and sales channels.
Develop and oversee the digital marketing strategy, including website management, SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, social media presence(s), and wider opportunities to drive high-value leads.
Lead content creation for all digital channels, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, email marketing, and landing pages.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, using analytics to inform decision-making and adjust strategies as necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and how they integrate with marketing efforts.
Data literate with experience in using CRM platforms and marketing automation platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales and account management teams.
Analytical and data-driven approach mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
Experience in creating marketing campaigns from the ground up, including strategy, execution, and performance tracking.
Fluent in key digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Salesforce, Google Campaign Manager, LinkedIn, etc.
