We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Demand Planning Manager to join our client, a leading FMCG business, in a key role that will drive growth and innovation within the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the demand planning team, developing engagement and performance

  • Drive improvements in forecast accuracy and provide insight on opportunities and risks
  • Work with customers to build engagement and demonstrate value and best practice
Requirements
  • Impressive track record in a senior demand planning role within the FMCG industry
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in demand planning software
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence organisational and customer behaviours
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment
