About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estates Strategy Delivery Manager to join our team at Summer-Browning Associates Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering designated projects as part of our organisation's estates strategy and development masterplan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement estate strategies to maximise utilisation, income generation, and capital receipts.
  • Manage and coordinate estate projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify suitable sites for development and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on estate management, construction, and project planning.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of estate projects, including financial data and progress reports.
Requirements
  • Active NPPV3 clearance.
  • Proven experience in estate strategy delivery management, with a strong background in programme management, construction, and project planning.
  • Full current membership of a professional body, such as RICS or RIBA.
  • Extensive financial experience, including budget management and financial planning.
  • Experience of CIL/S106 implementation, land valuations, and development finance.
  • Familiarity with CDM 2015 regulations.
