About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estates Strategy Delivery Manager to join our team at Summer-Browning Associates Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering designated projects as outlined in our estates strategy and estates development masterplan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement estates strategies to maximize utilization, income generation, and capital receipts.
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of designated projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify suitable sites for development and implementation of estates strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including CDM 2015.
Requirements
  • Active NPPV3 clearance.
  • Proven experience in estates strategy delivery management, with a strong background in estates/construction programme management.
  • Full current membership of a professional body, such as RICS or RIBA.
  • Extensive financial experience, including full accountability for capital/revenue budgets.
  • Experience in CIL/S106 implementation, land valuations, and development finance.
