Job Title: Estates Strategy Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Estates Strategy Delivery Manager to join our team at Red Snapper Recruitment Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering designated projects as set out in the Surrey & Sussex Estates Strategy and Estates Development Masterplan.

Main Responsibilities:

* Deliver designated projects as set out in the Surrey & Sussex Estates Strategy and Estates Development Masterplan.
* Support the Estates Development & Strategy Delivery Manager in developing appraisals and Estates Strategies for both Surrey Police and Sussex Police to identify suitable sites to maximise utilisation, income generation or capital receipts.
* Accountable to the Estates Development & Strategy Delivery Manager with regards to delivery of the designated projects.
* Responsible for the ongoing development & delivery of the Estates Strategies for both Forces to ensure the Estate meets the operational & functional requirements of both Forces.
* Manage staff in a professional and positive manner, ensuring that all actions are consistent and transparent across teams, in line with the Estates & Facilities Communication Strategy and PMO.

Requirements:

* Extensive experience of estates/ construction Programme Management.
* Full current membership of a professional body e.g. Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
* Architectural, surveying or construction, engineering degree or suitable alternative experience.
* Proven experience of commercial real estate development, preferably within a public sector setting.
* Proven, demonstrable experience of a senior estates strategy, construction and project planning position.
