Job Title: Estates Strategy Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Estates Strategy Delivery Manager to join our team at Essential Employment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of Estates development and strategy delivery projects across Surrey and Sussex Police property portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Estates Development and Strategy Delivery Manager in the delivery of Estates development and strategy delivery projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Provide expert advice on Estates development and strategy delivery to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Estates development and strategy delivery.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
