About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our CAMHS Inpatient Service at Pennine Care NHS FT. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and providing high-quality care to children and young people with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses and provide clinical supervision and guidance
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and formulate risk management plans
  • Provide management and clinical supervision to junior staff
  • Participate in the recruitment process and contribute to the development of the team
Requirements
  • RMN qualification and NMC registration
  • Experience of working in CAMHS or a similar setting
  • Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide leadership
