Charge Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our CAMHS Inpatient Service. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a key role in providing leadership and management to our nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of the service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and management to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process for nursing staff.
- Conduct regular appraisals and provide clinical supervision to nursing staff.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Registration with the NMC as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
- Substantial post-registered experience in a mental health setting.
- Experience of working with children and young people.
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
