Charge Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our CAMHS Inpatient Service. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a key role in providing leadership and management to our nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and management to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to the development of our service, including the implementation of new initiatives and policies.
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to junior staff members.
- Assist the Unit Manager in the day-to-day running of the unit.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- RMN qualification and NMC registration.
- Experience of working in CAMHS and providing leadership and management to a nursing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Knowledge of current initiatives within CAMHS and the Code of Practice.
