We are seeking an experienced and reliable Depot Operations Administrator to join our team at DPD Group UK. In this role, you will work closely with the Depot Quality Manager and Site Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our depot.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and reconcile automated payments for our self-employed drivers
- Administer stocks of uniforms and stationery
- Carry out Driver Licence and Forklift Truck certificate checks
- Administer fuel stocks and orders
- Carry out local operational quality audits and maintain operational reports
- Maintain vehicle records, keys, service schedule, and defect/repairs register
- Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative role
- Strong analytical skills with an awareness of quality assurance and auditing
- Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner
- Excellent administration skills with the ability to use G Suite/Microsoft Office programmes
