Industrial Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Taking orders and managing production workflows.
- Creating and printing labels for efficient inventory management.
- Coordinating internet labels for dispatch and ensuring timely delivery.
- Completing additional paperwork and documentation as required.
- Closing production orders and maintaining accurate records.
- Working with the Unity System to streamline operations.
- Monitoring chilled final pack stock levels and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Collaborating with the commercial and buying departments to ensure seamless communication and updates to the manager.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel and Spreadsheets for data analysis and management.
- Experience with Office 365 for efficient collaboration and document management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals.
