**Job Type:** Permanent, Part-time (22.5 hours/week)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Health and Care Coordinator. In this critical role, you will advocate for the rights, dignity, and inclusion of students with special educational needs and disabilities, empowering them to access the support and resources they need to succeed.

Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and reviewing information, resources, and training related to student health and care needs. You will work closely with key staff, parents, and professionals to ensure consistent and robust information sharing practices, supporting the creation of risk assessments, support plans, and policies that meet the health and care needs of our students.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and reviewing information, resources, and training related to student health and care needs
  • Ensuring consistent and robust information sharing practices among staff, parents, and professionals
  • Supporting the creation of risk assessments, support plans, and policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent substantial experience managing student health and care needs
  • Level 4 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to form positive relationships

Salary:** £25,500 - £28,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)
