**Job Description:

MidKent College is expanding its provision for students with special educational needs and disabilities. We are looking for a resilient and motivated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Coordinator for Special Educational Needs.

**Responsibilities:

- Review and coordinate information, resources, and training related to student health and care needs

- Develop effective relationships with students, staff, parents, and external agencies

- Provide guidance and support on health and care matters to students and staff

- Contribute to the provision of high-quality support services to students

**Requirements:

- Relevant qualification or experience in healthcare or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational and time management skills

**Salary:** £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Working Hours:** 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work required
