Job Summary:

We are seeking a Vehicle Fleet Coordinator to join our team at Fyba Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operation of our fleet, including vehicle maintenance, repair, and replacement.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role in managing our fleet of vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our fleet insurance policy, arranging servicing and maintenance, and coordinating with our leasing company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operation of our fleet, including vehicle maintenance, repair, and replacement.
  • Manage our fleet insurance policy, ensuring it meets our needs and budget.
  • Arrange and coordinate vehicle inspections, safety checks, and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in fleet management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Please note that this is a salaried position with an estimated salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
