We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team at Chipping Campden Leisure Centre. As a Swim Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, ensuring they feel supported and achieve their goals.
Our ideal candidate will have a Level 2 swimming teaching qualification and excellent communication skills. You will be able to work closely with customers, communicate effectively with parents/guardians, and maintain a safe and disciplined environment in the swimming pool and surrounds.
Key Responsibilities- Teach swimming to children and/or adults as part of the Leisure Centre's swimming lesson programme
- Communicate with customers and parents/guardians regarding their development and progression
- Assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounds, ensuring their safety and discipline
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
