Swim Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team at Chipping Campden Leisure Centre. As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, providing a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters a love of swimming.

• Deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, tailoring your teaching approach to meet the needs of each individual.
• Communicate effectively with customers, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive learning experience.
• Assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounding areas, ensuring their safety and discipline.
• Develop and maintain a high level of swimming knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and techniques.

• Level 2 swimming teaching qualification (training provided)
• DBS check
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
