Swim Instructor

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team at Chipping Campden Leisure Centre. As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, ensuring they feel supported and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach swimming to children and/or adults as part of the Leisure Centre's swimming lesson programme
• Communicate with parents/guardians concerning their child's development and advise on progression through the programme
• Assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounds, ensuring their safety and discipline
• Provide excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to work closely with customers
• Deal with children and their parents in a professional and respectful manner
• Hold a Level 2 swimming teaching qualification (training provided) and undergo a DBS check
