Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Health Jobs UK. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in our financial planning and decision-making processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis

Prepare, analyze, and report on monthly management accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting and informed decision-making.

Budgeting and Forecasting

Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning and resource allocation.

Strategic Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

Cost Optimization

Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency improvements to enhance financial performance.

Financial Systems and Processes

Continuously improve financial systems, processes, and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Requirements
  • Qualifications

CCAB or CIMA qualified or equivalent experience in management and financial accountancy.

Experience

Prior experience of NHS Finance principles and procedures.

Skills and Expertise

Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and finance ledger systems.

Analytical and Judgemental Skills

High level numeracy skills and ability to understand, interpret, and explain complex financial information.

Interpersonal Skills
