Trial Balance Consulting seeks a highly skilled Financial Administrator (Payroll) to join their finance team in Helston. This permanent, full-time position will involve working closely with the payroll supervisor to deliver an efficient payroll service to our 350+ staff.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administration of onsite time management/clocking in systems
  • Checking and inputting employee timesheets
  • Acting as an initial point of contact for employee payroll queries
  • Compiling weekly and monthly payroll details using MS Excel/Sage Payroll
  • Authorising holiday forms and recording accordingly
  • Covering for payroll supervisor during times of absence

We require an experienced and organised administrator with strong numerical and IT skills, particularly in MS Excel. The ideal candidate will possess over 18 months of experience gained in a payroll function, either commercial or bureau-based.

This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, reflective of the importance of this position within the company.
