We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dedicated Learning Partner to provide academic support to a child with Autism in a primary school setting.

About the Role: As a Dedicated Learning Partner, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to a child with Autism in a primary school setting. You will work closely with the inclusion team to develop bespoke strategies to meet individual needs and create an inspirational environment that encourages pupils to flourish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic support to a child with Autism in a primary school setting
  • Develop and implement tailored strategies to meet individual needs
  • Collaborate with the inclusion team to ensure effective communication and support

Requirements:

  • A degree or relevant qualifications in a related field (e.g. special educational needs, teaching assistant)
  • Previous experience working with children with complex SEN needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £105-£110 per day
