About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tactical Merchandiser to join our team at Smiths News. As a Tactical Merchandiser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional merchandising services to our customers across a geographic area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver point of sale (till point) placement to promotional set ups across our customer sites.
  • Work within our field team to provide expert merchandising services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

What We Offer:

  • A flexible, part-time zero hour contract with opportunities for additional earnings.
  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44, plus 30p per mile mileage.
  • A contributory pension scheme, holiday pay, and access to our Colleague Assistance Programme.

About You:

  • You will have previous merchandising experience, although this is not mandatory.
  • You will possess excellent communication skills, high integrity, and reliability.
  • You will be located within 15 miles of the advertised area.
  • You will be able to work on your own initiative and make decisions under pressure.
