Job Title: Commercial Finance Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Analyst to join our team at Havas Lynx. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and support to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal agencies to gather and analyze financial data, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business planning and strategy.
  • Provide financial guidance and training to junior team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Attend senior leadership team meetings, presenting financial analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant with experience in month-end reporting and financial analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create complex financial models and reports.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
