About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Specialist to join our team at Lightspeed Commerce. This role will be based in [Location] and will require you to work closely with various global teams across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences via phone, chat, and email while maintaining Lightspeed's Gold Class standard for support.
  • Work within our customer support platforms to document, track, and resolve interactions.
  • Assist with the identification, reproduction, and escalation of product issues and bugs to the Quality Assurance team.
  • Advocate and promote improvements to our products and services.
Requirements
  • Prior customer service experience and/or technical support expertise.
  • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic experience using common online, mobile, and desktop platforms.
