About the Role

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our team and lead a diverse group of employees in achieving their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Oversee and manage a team of employees to ensure they are meeting their KPIs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews and develop individual performance plans to drive results and growth.
  • Sales and Service: Drive sales performance and elevate it to a high level by empowering the team to deliver 'sales through service' on a face-to-face and consultative basis.
  • Customer Experience: Put customer service and experience at the heart of everything you do daily, ensuring that customers have a lasting impression of the company.
  • Development and Coaching: Develop and coach your team to deliver exceptional results, with a focus on developing and motivating people.
Requirements
  • Experience: Must have been a Store Manager or a Cluster Manager or Area Manager or a Multisite Manager with a reputable brand for a number of years.
  • Leadership Skills: Must have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
  • Organisational Skills: Must have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage your team remotely and in-store.
  • Logistical Skills: Must have strong logistical skills to thrive in a complex store environment.
  • Business Acumen: Must have a strong understanding of business operations and be able to drive sales and customer experience.
