Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with German language skills to join our growing EMEA team in London,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver candidates to high-profile clients across the EMEA region, with a core focus on Germany.
  • Full cycle recruitment responsibilities, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
  • Utilize job boards, networking, and advanced recruitment methodologies to identify talented candidates.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with industry professionals.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant in a fast-paced and regulated industry, preferably life sciences or pharmaceuticals.
  • Naturally hard-working and ambitious, with a can-do attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable working in a growing and evolving environment.
  • Fluent German language skills are a requirement for this position.
