German Speaking Recruitment Consultant: London/Hybrid

In 2015 our goal was to bring our reputation to the European / EMEA region, and set ourselves apart as the vendor of choice in the competitive EU recruitment space - which we continue to do year on year.


Role Summary

We have some big plans in 2024, and are looking for experienced Recruiters with German Language skills to join the growing team in our London office (our EMEA Team) to help us achieve them


Within this role you will be responsible for the delivery of candidates to a number of high profile clients, working on permanent and contract roles with some of the best clients across the EMEA region - with a core focus on Germany.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • As a Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to find high quality candidates for permanent and interim assignments.
  • Full cycle recruitment responsibilities; Source, Interview, Negotiate, Benefit Education/Administration, On-boarding and Maintenance
  • Utilize job boards, networking, direct recruitment, social media and other advanced recruitment methodologies to identify talented permanent and consulting candidates
  • Utilize resume and applicant tracking software to identify, track and retrieve resumes and candidates
  • Build long-lasting quality relationships with industry professionals


We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant working within life sciences, pharma, medical devices or a similar fast-paced and regulated industry
  • Naturally hard-working and ambitious
  • Happy to work in a growing and ever evolving environment
  • A can-do attitude and a problem solver, we are growing and are constantly looking to improve our service
  • A real team player who thrives in a collaborative working environment
  • A love of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent German language skills are a requirement for this position.
