When you join Optimus, you’ll receive all the training and tools you need to grow your own recruitment desk, specialising in the German market. With our tailored training programmes and clear career progression, you'll quickly become an expert in your niche, with opportunities to lead your own team in the future.
The Role:
- Complete an intensive 8-week training programme that covers every aspect of recruitment, led by our experienced L&D Director.
- Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers in the German tech industry.
- Source and expand your network of top-tier German-speaking tech talent.
- Grow your expertise in a specific technical vertical, becoming a trusted expert for German clients and candidates.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A German-speaking, driven, and entrepreneurial individual.
- Confident, outgoing, and able to build relationships with clients and candidates in the German market.
- Strong communication skills to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Well-organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time efficiently.
